Remy, 'Another One'? Oh no, you shouldn't have.

Hey people. A few days back Remy Ma, who I honestly had no idea who she was till that time, dropped a 7 minute long rap diss track, Shether to shade Nicki and the whole internet was on fire. She was the rave of the moment. The buzz was so much I had to listen to the track myself even though I am not a big fan of rap. Even though I do love Nicki, I did have to admit she had murdered her in that track. Like literally. It had been brutal. I had to go back to do some research on why she would come for Nicki like that.

Turned out, they do have a history of beef. I hadn't wanted to comment on it because rap wasn't really my thing. So I kept quiet even though I silently agreed with a very few minority that Nicki should not even bother replying. Remy Ma in my opinion was like this nasty itch you had that you shouldn't scratch else it would get worse.

But then about 5 days later Remy releases another diss track calling it 'Another One' and the internet responds. This time though they think it is trash. That. my dear is what happens when you get too greedy for attention.

When she released the first one, It was kind of obvious she was trying to feed of Nicki's popularity, get herself fans and what not or reclaim what was left of her fan base before she went to jail while shading Nicki for whatever wrong she had done to her. She did get what she wanted I must say. Like I said, had no slightest idea who she was before the buzz of the track. Grown woman on probation from jail with a sound cloud diss that got her into the limelight. She was enjoying her notoriety as she rightly should have. But she was clearly enjoying it, far too much. So far, Nicki's response to her latest jabs or lack of it thereof goes to show that Nicki is having way too much fun shooting music videos and partying hard in Paris according to tabloid news to be bothered about Remy's jabs.

I guess the anger that Nicki wasn't even going to throw her a bone in form of a comeback diss track got to her head and she walked right into the studio to record 'Another One' literally. Poor Remy. Most people think you shouldn't have. Go for the kill but don't overdo it otherwise you'd end up playing yourself if you haven't already played yourself.
